Admittedly, not the most obvious week for candidates. NCAA technically only had one game and nobody really stood out. However, this week's Sportsman did. Brian Elliott is the Sportsman of the Week. He is only the hottest goalie on the most surprising NHL team this year. This past week, two shutouts. Last 3 games going to last week, no goals. Only 6 goals against in his last 6 games. Only one regulation loss since the dawn of 2012 if his team scored more than a goal. You may not know him now, but come Conference Finals, he'll be a big story! Congratulations Brian Elliott, you are the Sportsman of the Week!
